Until now, I’d never heard of addressing “leaky gut” to help alleviate rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. According to Dr. Barker, MD, who specializes in natural healing methods, we can fight RA using the food we eat instead of medication. I myself tried the “pain free diet” a few years back and found that not only did I lose weight, but I also increased my energy levels and eliminated a lot of pain and swelling all while eating fish and veggies. YUM!
This video which features Dr. Barker has inspired me to try this diet out again. No more red meat or dairy for the next month. It’s going to be tough, but if it makes me feel better, why wouldn’t I give it a go? I’ll report back with updates over the next few weeks. Stay tuned.
